Life at Factory 52 Apartments comes with some incredible perks, and this fall we’re adding something truly special to the list. From October 1–5, our very own campus will transform into House of Cards Carnivale—a five-day festival of rides, games, food, and live entertainment inspired by our community’s playing-card heritage.

The best part? You don’t even have to leave home to be part of it. Step outside your front door and you’ll find a full carnival atmosphere waiting for you—colorful lights, delicious treats, thrilling rides, and performances that bring neighbors and visitors together.

It’s the perfect opportunity to invite friends and family over, stroll down to the eastern lot, and enjoy everything from classic boardwalk snacks to live music under the stars. Whether you stay for an afternoon or keep the fun going all weekend, House of Cards Carnivale is set to be a highlight of the season.
